These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pepe Century game and the website at pepecentury.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are

2. Who can play
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age at which you can consent to online services where you live, to create an account. If you are younger, you may only play with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens on your account.
- Choose a username that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may rename or remove accounts that break this rule.
- One person may not use another person's account, and accounts may not be sold, rented or transferred.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
To keep the world fair and friendly for everyone, you agree not to:
- use bots, macros, scripts, modified clients or any automation to play the game;
- exploit bugs, glitches or security weaknesses, or fail to report ones you discover;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service or its servers;
- harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other players, or post hateful, sexual, illegal or spam content in chat, usernames or clan names;
- scam other players, including in player-to-player trades;
- break any law while using the Service.
We may warn, mute, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and remove or reset items, money or progress gained by breaking these rules.
5. In-game money, items and progress
Ships, cargo, items, in-game money, skill levels and all other game content are licensed to you for use within the game only. They are not your property, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value, except as described in section 6. We may change, rebalance or remove game content, prices and features, and in rare cases (for example after a bug or a server fault) we may need to restore, adjust or reset game data.
6. Pepecoin (PEP)
The game may let you deposit, trade and withdraw Pepecoin, a cryptocurrency that is separate from in-game money. If you use these features:
- you do so at your own risk. Cryptocurrencies are volatile, transactions are usually irreversible, and the value of your holdings can fall to zero;
- fees apply to trades and withdrawals, as shown in the game at the time;
- deposits and withdrawals may be delayed, limited or unavailable, for example during maintenance or network problems;
- you are responsible for entering correct wallet addresses and for any taxes and legal obligations in your country;
- nothing in the game is financial, investment or legal advice.
We may suspend these features, or freeze balances connected to suspected fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, where the law allows.
7. Our content
The game, its code, artwork, 3D models, music, text and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay, but you may not copy, redistribute or reuse the game's assets or code without our written permission.
8. Availability and changes
Pepe Century is an online game that is still in active development. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free or unchanged, and we may update, pause or discontinue all or part of it at any time. We will try to give notice of major changes where we reasonably can.
9. Closing your account
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we are required to by law. Section 5 applies to anything on a closed account.
10. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for loss of in-game items, money or progress, or for losses arising from the use of Pepecoin. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING_COUNTRY. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, tell players in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
